STOP using FedEx unless you put items in a box that can stand a gorilla stomping on it, throwing it across a concrete dock and then loading it onto a truck and closing the door on it!!!!!!!

He stated it was in the original packaging and all parts were observed to be present when shipped. The missing latch cannot be seen in the original packaging because it's internal. The packaging is old school card board and thick plastic brass riveted together. X-ray vision is the only way to see the latch was present in the original packaging at the time of shipping. He wants me to pay to return it
