  These people shipped my alternator in a loose fitting box with a handful of packing peanuts. It arrived damaged, obviously due to the heavy metal object not securely packaged. One of the main components (the plug) was broken into 3 pieces. After providing photos, they rended me $25 for $170 purchase. Totally ridiculous! I may still pursue actions from my credit card company due to their negligence.

  It required 3 separate messages before I received a response. I assume Scott Dorsey replied. He stated it was in the original packaging and all parts were observed to be present when shipped. The missing latch cannot be seen in the original packaging because it's internal. The packaging is old school card board and thick plastic brass riveted together. X-ray vision is the only way to see the latch was present in the original packaging at the time of shipping. He wants me to pay to return it
