  Seller sent wrong item, polo shirt. I ordered sweat pants. I sent 3 emails, with shirt picture that I received, to seller without a reply. Went through eBay to get a reply from seller. Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. That's why they put erasers on pencils, so we can make mistakes.

  The pants were nwt, as described. They were shipped immediately, so fast that my need to change the sizing was too late. Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size. I did try to contact seller, but did not get a reply. Despite that, I will order from again. Price was fair. 4 1/2 ☆

  First, these were brand new and in the original box - all just as advertised. High quality item, cute style and great price. I was mistakenly shipped the wrong size BUT this seller took care of it quickly and sent me a return label (they paid shipping). My refund was processed easily. I plan to reorder due to the exceptional customer service if the shoes are still available in my size.

  Brand new Muck shoes with tags as described. Had to send the first order back and reorder a different size. No issues with this seller. Quick return response from seller and quick to ship. Packaged well. I would definitely order from this seller again!

  Wow! Wow! Wow! Order arrived in more than superb condition and packaging. It’s triple layer packaging and I think the seller do not compromise on quality for a long travel - Texas to Seoul, Korea. The box appearance is awesome and the quality of item packed is meticulous. Totally or even more than value for money - it’s Quality Perfect….   Excellent seller with great value. The post office was painfully slow and incompetently misdirected package to another regional post office where it was immobilized and unscanned for an extra week. Not the sellers fault as it was in the shippers possession. Great seller though!
