  Product came with missing instructions (not to the fault of seller, however limited buyer ability to install.) Seller was prompt, understanding, and thorough with communication allowing remediation with options of return to exchange or refund.   Will happily buy from this seller again. I purchased a bumper lip, I've purchased many over the years and they ALWAYS come folded up and stuffed into a tiny box. These guys actually shipped it in a box that the part fits in, so it is the best condition aftermarket lip I've ever received. For the price I paid, I was not expecting to be so pleased with what showed up. Great value, shipped FAST and packaged as it should be, condition is the best I've ever received.
