  This philatelic issue arrived well packaged and in very good condition. The stamp was exactly as pictured and describe in the listing. It was perfect to fill a void in my Hawaii stamp collection. Delivery time was a little slow but it is the holiday season and things are crazy. I am very pleased with this purchase and would buy again from this seller. Allen
