  I purchased a 2000 piece puzzle from this vendor that was brand new and still wrapped with factory cellophane. I feel the price of the puzzle was very reasonable. The shipping container was quite adequate and the item was shipped at a decent cost. The puzzle arrived a few days later than the initial estimate but this was undoubtedly due to the high volume of packages being shipped by the carrier in December. Considering all factors, I have no complaints concerning this transaction.
