They pointed out, in advance, that the case had damage in the front lower left corner and refunded me a portion of the price, being that they failed to include the information in the description of the item. I feel it was a good deal and recommend doing business with them.

Second, the packaging was incredible. The boots were secure, there was a receipt, and each boot was stuffed for shape!! The boots are even more beautiful in person and even BETTER than the pictures described them. All in all 10/10 experience this seller is amazing. Don’t even hesitate to buy they’re AMAZING!!

The seller was extremely professional, contacted me right away, refunded me, and let me keep the book. The surprise book is in a similar vein to what I ordered so I'm not really all that disappointed. I DO recommend this seller, mistakes happen, and their customer service was excellent.
