  Talking to this seller was very smooth. I had some questions about the headphones. I’ve wanted this pair for soooooo long but couldn’t justify the price tag. This pair looked brand new. They came in the original case. They were packaged really well. Even though they are used, eBay allows adding an extended warranty which was amazing.   Seller sent an item that was not as described. However they were very apologetic and helpful in making it easy to return item and addition refunded my money. Deffenatly went out their way to honor their word and did everything to correct their oversight. Would recommend.
