  Je suis déçu. Le DVD qui a été envoyé n'est pas celui de l'image. I thought I had purchased the Met production (the image), I received the La Fenice version (written description). The item is in excellent condition, price was good, the packaging well done and it arrived quickly. I have to accept some responsibility for my disappointment since I should have made a more careful look at everything.

  Outstanding seller. Very attentive and helpful. He sent my order in a timely manner, but due to problems with the Canadian Post Office, my order was lost. However, the seller contacted me and informed me that he would be canceling my order and refunded the amount paid. I recommend him and will be ordering again.

  item arrived in condition as described, shipped quickly, packing was a little light and had some damage but the item seemed to be ok. I would suggest either double the small style bubble wrapping or adding a layer or two of thin and resilient cardboard in future shipments.

  Item arrived almost a week earlier than the estimated delivery window. Dvd is in perfect shape- no scratches. Price was very reasonable, as was the shipping. I've purchased from this seller before, and I have not been disappointed. Would recommend seller to others.
