Plants were healthy and strong and in great condition. Definitely got value for my money. I also cannot fault customer service, all my questions were answered within a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. Very happy with both purchase and service - one happy customer here!!

However due to poor packaging choices the cardstock become bent in transit when poorly handled by postal service. Contact made with seller to provide feedback but no return communication has been received in receipt of that. Any damaged parcels should be brought to aus post attention by the receiver i have no control over what australia post decides to do with them once they leave my care. Aus post would require the receiver to file for compensation not the sender.

Wait three more days asking again for a response then Eventually just cut my losses and got a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this seller super unprofessional and a waste of time.
