  The tunic arrived promptly and was securely packaged. It fits perfectly and was in very good condition. Such. good value for money, I am Extremely pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to take it on holiday. Seller was prompt to respond to an email I had sent explaining that I had made a mistake during the purchasing process, & sorted things out. For this I am thankful. I would definitely recommend this seller and would purchase from her again.

  Okay, so postage was short paid resulting in having to pay the Post Office for delivery, then the shoes had been listed as VGC but actually had been used and supplied still dirty; BUT the seller acknowledged these issues and offered a partial refund which I accepted as a fair and reasonable resolution to my complaints. So, on balance I would recommend the seller although would prefer them to adopt a more factual and accurate listing for future sales.

  The wrong trousers were sent, selkersuggestex I pay £45 to keep them. I declined offer and returned wrong pair. Correct pair sent after I contacted ebay. Correct pair did not fit. I returned them. Refund issued. All fine in the end
