  The item was shipped from Australia so I was expecting some extra time before it arrived. When more time than expected had passed I contacted the seller and they quickly respo ded and sent out a new one. I am very happy with their customer service and quick response time to my inquiry. I highly recommend this seller. They corrected the issue and communicated quickly with me resolving everything to my satisfaction. 5 stars.

  First order didn't make it, probably tariff related. Seller was very receptive and that was refunded quickly, so I ordered the same phone case again, and this time it took just 17 days from overseas. That's pretty good. Thanks again for the good customer service :)

  The case is a good fit for the phone, the holes are precisely aligned with the phone's buttons, mic, speakers and charging port. The delivery was super quick, purchased on 24 June & delivery was supposedly 19 Aug from Shenzhen. But parcel arrived on 16 July ( 1 month earlier than expected). Good seller and thank you for sending the parcel out so promptly. 👍🏻

  Seller was very helpful when the item was delayed, and offered options to resolve. They were very responsive. And then the delayed parcel did arrive! The seller dispatched the item promptly, but postage issues got in the way. All good in the end!
