    Arrived on time, box was slightly damaged but thankfully the contents were extremely well packed and survived completely intact. Item as described and clean. Tested and working perfectly. Impressed with the seller's thoughtful packaging and pricing. Would highly recommend seller.

    The item was shipped quickly, however it was badly damaged in transit. The return was clunky, but the seller did send a return label and issued a return. Packing high end stereo gear is an art, so I will stick with local pickup or high end audio equipment dealers in the future. I am confident the item was as described when it was shipped, and had it arrived in the same condition I would have been ecstatic with the item and value. In the end it was frustrating for both sides, but we both tried.
