Definite problem with boot that likely needs a factory reset (as seller described), but otherwise in working order. — Really appreciated the care taken to securely wrap the item in bubble wrap, given the otherwise fairly basic packaging. Item arrived safely, but the air bags and other material didn’t prevetnt the exterior box from being a little crunched in spots. — Shipped Quickly! When I tested it did not power on or charge and that I would be issuing a refund. I do not sell and ship defective products. I did this trying to maintain my 100% feedback.
