    I am extremely impressed by this seller. The item was as described, in very good condition, and worked perfectly upon arrival. The seller provided a one year warranty with the item and it arrived well protected in a sturdy box. The seller provided good communication throughout, and the speed with which the item arrived is what impressed me most. I ordered the item around midday on the Monday and the item was delivered by midday on the Tuesday - in short this is Amazon Prime levels of service.

    Absolutely delighted with this cassette player that looks like it has just come out of the factory for the first time ! It’s in fantastic condition and plays well, these guys know how to refurbish tech equipment, it arrived ahead of time & so well packaged it was like playing pass the parcel all over again. ! - communication from Chris was excellent and kept me informed every step of the way, I will definitely be back to check out more items from this seller, what’s not to like ?

    A brilliant little microphone for personal or meeting conference use. Came with battery installed well packaged and exactly as described. Excellent condition and value. Very commited seller even guaranteed his refurbished products and offers lifetime assistance. Very reasonable postage costs too. Excellent friendly communication and even a discount off subsequent purchases from him.

    I was a bit sceptical about my first e bay purchase, but I need not have worried about it. This seller was, when approached, was very polite, informative and eager to help. If I could I would leave 10 stars for this seller. The typewriter I bought from this seller was of good quality, value and in full working order, as stated. If you wish to buy from this seller, do not hesitate, you will be given excellent service.
