    Best prices, fast delivery (FedEx), but a wrong item was sent mistakenly (1 digit difference in the product code). The initial response to the issue was quick, decided with the seller to return the wrong item and to get back the correct one. The seller quickly initiated the return, next day a courier picked it up and the item was shipped back to the seller. After the successful return the right one was sent back to me (awaiting). The communication with the seller was positive and professional.

    Received item in Superfast time from FedEx delivery service, 3 days from Latvia to UK faster than most UK sellers! Brand new item as described, top notch seller great communication would not hesitate to buy from again do be aware of import charges though, only free postage to EU countries, it is stated on the postage charges in listing, still a massive saving on dealership parts.     Very knowledgeable people, This is a very important part so it makes sense to have a professional who knows what they are talking about make sure you’ve got the right part. Excellent customer service 👍. The turbo arrived in 3 days…fantastic. I’ve taken the turbo to my fitter to check it and he say it looks of good quality, brand new in appearance and boxed, I’d say this represents good value for money especially with a 2 year warranty. Hopefully this will sort my van out finally. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
