    Super efficient delivery. Product arrived in great condition and within ~1week of international shipping and properly packaged. The product itself is beautiful. The marble looks just as advertised and the the handiwork on the chess pieces look very elegant, high end, and good heft. Strongly recommend!

    This chess set is quality marble and the color is exactly as shown. The board was broken during shipment. The seller immediately resolved the issue and sent a new one. Both shipping processes were expedited quickly. My husband was very pleased with this gift!

    The chessman were made and shipped from Pakistan and were very nicely done. The problem was that the seller did not inform me of an international delivery and I used a POBox as my delivery choice. DHL sent me an email and I finally made telephonic contact with DHL and gave them my physical address. DHL delivered the next day and were awesome. The seller should have requested the physical address from me and should known DHL doesn’t deliver to POBox’s. Other than that. Everything was just peachy
