  I ordered the wrong product and started a return. The seller was very accommodating and offered me the refund and told me I could keep the product. They were very professional and offered to help me find the item I was actually looking for. Even though they couldn’t accommodate me, my refund was processed anyway.   I’m not commenting on the quality of the drum head from Alesis, this is purely a comment on the seller and the condition of the item. The seller was great. They shipped the item quickly and it was in original packing. Everything arrived as advertised. They he sell price was great and not a blemish on the item. Would recommend buying from this seller.
