  Unfortunately, the statue I ordered arrived with minor damage. (It happens, sometimes, even when a seller packages an item carefully!) I reached out to the seller with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Seller was courteous and responded immediately with options for a solution (even though they were on vacation!), and we were able to quickly resolve the issue. I think that both of us are satisfied with the resolution, and I would happily buy from this seller again.

  Amazing purchase! The seller’s description and condition of the plushie was great and was exactly as pictured. The cost was very reasonable as well & arrived on time, if not sooner. The packaging was also taken care of properly. Quality was spot on, just as the seller pointed out. This seller also has great communication, great customer service and is very trust worthy!   Book was listed as being in "like new" condition. When I received it, the book had damage that was not mentioned in the description or pictured. They said that it was shipped in a bubble mailer and a box. It was in a box, but the only thing in the box was a crumpled up piece of paper. I sent them a message letting them know this and they start going off on me. I wasn't rude to them at all. Very unprofessional. You won't be getting any more business from me.
