  The item was not the issue. Arrived timely. The ad states it's a rack storage SYSTEM. All I received was one center bracket. I did contact seller and was sent a return slip. No problem really with seller, the picture on the ad is very deceiving, and no where does it state you are only purchasing one bracket. $55.00 was a bit much for one bracket
