  It looks as if the lamp was described perfectly, and the seller sent me many additional photos, because I had some questions about the lamp. Unfortunately, the lamp was broken during the shipping process. The seller sent a refund well within 48 hours of being notified of the breakage. This is a reliable seller. A+

  Item was was priced well and arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well to prevent breakage. However the description and picture did not clearly specify that the plates had a black edge which is different from the plates I was trying to match.

  Great dishes! These dishes were exactly what I was looking for. I was grateful to have a seller that was so involved and communicative. It was truly a pleasant transaction. The plates were very well packed and the seller even agreed to delay the shipping to accommodate my schedule. I would not hesitate if buy from this seller again.

  Wonderful seller and customer service. There was a slight mishap in packing 4 porcelain and they contacted me right away and gave me the option of cancelling or 50% off still receiving all 4. They arrived quickly.the damage was so slight I might not even have noticed. I appreciate their integrity and would certainly recommend them for any replacements you might neef
