  Item has arrived damaged and seller has tried to say that I have damaged the item as packaging “ it’s impossible to be damaged” awful service I’ve had 3 of these clocks and I’ve never had a problem with this company before . I told the man I would go through eBay as he said it’s impossible to be damaged through delivery and he said “do whatever you want “
