  I was scammed by this seller. I bought the Nine West Brown Tricolor Red purse for my mother, in hopes of making her at least a slight bit happy after she lost her husband to cancer. This seller instead of sending me the purse, sends me a pair of black heels. I am trying to send them back and asked eBay to step in, but I have yet to receive a shipping label to return these heels! That aren't what I purchased! I am highly upset, you don't do that to people. The seller has NOT responded to me.

  Item not as described (said fleece lined but there was no lining at all). Seller made it "right" by partially refunding which was fair because I did want to keep the item.
