    I know it was an honest error. I was charged $4.56 additional postage for this card, one of four from all over the country that was treated similarly by the USPS today. The original postage was 69 cents, when first class postage is now 73 cents, so that might have been the first thing that caught their attention. But the other big issue was, "this is merchandise, so it is a "package" and not a letter." I don't know how they know that, but I did pay the difference, which is No Problem. Thank you.
