The seller answered all my questions quickly and everything went smoothly. The only negative thing (I speak for Italian customers) is that I had to pay a further 60 euros for customs clearance, which I didn’t expect because I thought that all shipment expenses were included in the final price: just make sure to check it if you don’t want an extra payment at the delivery.

High quality embroidery, with secure stitching. I appreciate that the seller fulfilled my request to include extra information on shipping label. Thank you for that. It arrived in Canada far earlier than expected, which was a bonus When I'd reached out to the seller with a question, they replied very quickly. As a Canadian, the exchange fee on U.S. currency is high, and there was a small Customs Fee to be paid. However, I'm very happy that I finally now have a good case for my beautiful instrument!
