    Although my controller arrived with some issues, I was able to communicate with the seller about the issues and they made a genuine effort to rectify the situation. Ultimately it ended in a refund and I believe it was probably an instance of bad luck from an otherwise good seller. Shipping was fast, customer service/communication was great and the seller was honorable about the situation.
