I ordered a fragile, breakable, bowl - it arrived triple wrapped, took me 10 minutes to get it out but it is in perfect condition and exactly as described.     Excellent response time. Very friendly: I enjoyed meeting them. They did an incredible job packing and shipping delicate item. It was clean and in perfect condition, better than described!     The detail of the camel drivers face on this decanter is phenomenal ! It was so clearly described and photographed, the man is in perfect scale to the camel. It is an excellent value for the price and shipping. And the packing was so well done. All was in bubble wrap and individual bags. Very safe and secure. I highly recommend this seller. I am so pleased.
