  Ordered by mistake (I already had this set), so I quickly cancelled and received an immediate refund. I then ordered the intended box set but received both sets (new and sealed as advertised). Something wrong in the system, it seemed, so I notified the seller and arranged a return of the box set with postage covered, plus a small goodwill payment. Some puzzlement and inconvenience in all this but well handled by the friendly seller and I was glad to have been able to correct my original error.

  Great comms from the seller. Superfast delivery. Well packaged. The description of the damage, the marked box, was a little concerning but it's great. Yes, it is marked, but nothing significant. Highly recommended seller. Thank you very much.

  The item in the package arrived in good condition, only a piece of the box was broken, but in general it arrived in good condition. The contact with the seller was attentive, he even told me before sending it that it had a slightly larger break and he even apologized and even gave me back £25 for the damage. It was a cordial contact. The package arrived “quickly” (ebay always takes a long time). In general, the seller and the store were very good with customer service and it was a good purchase

  The DVD boxset arrived in good sturdy packaging and very quickly. It was as advertised, new and sealed. Very happy customer. I would definitely recommend the seller and would use their services again.
