  Items were packed very thoughtfully and safely to ensure delivery without leaking! Items were individually wrapped in plastic and packed in packing peanuts. Pricing was the best I found on eBay for the items I was looking for. Condition just as described (new) and good quality. Fast shipping. Great seller. I plan to buy from this seller again when I need more soap refills for our very specific type of soap dispensers in our facility bathrooms.

  Product was shipped promptly and is as advertised. Appears to be of high quality and in like new condition. Was a good value as compared to other like items listed. However, seller has failed to communicate after several days to a question regarding functionality. This is disappointing.

  Product was exactly as described, but we realize that when it arrived, it was actually the wrong product, but that was our fault. We ordered the product based on the model number of the washer and dryer and it actually had a different board in. It never opened it seemed to be well packed will do business again with this seller.

  The seller shipped the item on time, however it reached our local USPS with the package envelope only empty. USPS stamped it unsealed / without content, the seller returned the money.

  Ordered 450pcs but received only 425pcs (only 17 tubes of 25pcs). Product was not properly packaged, 22 relays were released from the tubes and got bent leads because found loose in ther cardboard box. So in summary i paid for 450pcs but can only use 403pcs. The option to contact the seller directly was not possible because of an error message on ebay, I paid $47.00 for parts i didnt receive/cannot use and i also paid extra shipping cost because of mutiple item cost system. Please refund $100.0

  UPDATE: Multisurplusllc refunded immediately the due amount, good business practice, would recommend !
