  Owing to an order confusion, I received some intensive feed capsules. Company responded and not only sent my original coir planting pot order but generously told me to keep the pellets. Packaging was fine, value acceptable, condition undamaged, appearance as one would expect. Thank you to seller.

  Quick delivery, good size, great value,for the price good quality. Pleasing to the eye, as described condition new. Brought 4 , unfortunately the bottom one in the stack was damaged on the corner. Not the sellers fault as packed as well as possible. Good service from the seller, let down by delivery service.

  The items are OK but the wrong colour was sent. Colour matters to people. The seller said I could send them back but it takes time to repackage and go to the PostOffice to post. I bought online to save time as I am really busy atm! I wish some sellers would dispatch the correct items, it is not much to ask! I need a few more but will go elsewhere to a seller that fulfils orders correctly.

  I ordered the item on 11 April and it finally arrived on 10 May. Inbetween these dates I had contacted the seller and they did send a replacement item, however this was not the product I ordered (packing error). The bread bin arrived safely this morning, 10 May.

  Although I received the wrong size barrel, I still decided to keep it. I contacted the Seller and asked for a refund for the price difference, which was actioned with apologies. Excellent customer service.
