  Zippo quality item sold by a company that would benefit from better communication and proper packaging. Each box was wrapped in magazine paper that has stained the outer box of sterling silver zippo. As a collector this is not great. Yes it's just a box however the stains reduce the value if I decided to sell it. I'm not buying from MRSSHOPPE again, I found a better seller that can communicate like a person and matches or beats this stores prices. Shop around collectors.

  Item arrived as described and was genuine quality construction. Visual condition was perfect no defects to exterior of unit, unit did not hold gas, contacted seller and they sorted everything out. No fault of seller for item having an internal fault. Posted from USA to Australia was very prompt considering time of year and other factors.   My review was delayed due to the USPS employees in New Orleans either being negligent in their jobs or abducted by aliens but the delivery was delayed more than a week. Now that I have received my package I can say I got exactly what I ordered, the seller shipped promptly and I was delighted to have purchased this item for $40 cheaper than amazon. Highly recommend the seller.

  Again, I have had a previous purchase with this seller. They are not the problem. The United States Postal Service is the problem! Again, they failed to deliver my merchandise on the promised date. Even after backing the date up earlier to meet their scheduling needs. The last time this happened, the people in charge DUMPED my problem in the lap of MY local postal officials and were told to "deal with it".   Another great transaction with this seller. Items are as described, new, in the box, and with all papers. Seller communicates in a timely and friendly manner and will answer questions. The price for these Timex and Casios watches is the best I have found on E-Bay. Seller has a great selection and I will definetly return.
