The conditioner is discolored and the pump top is broken. However, when I’d informed the seller of the problems, they took immediate action and refunded the transaction. So, even though I’m not satisfied with the product, I’m 100% satisfied with this seller and would recommend buying from them. They shipped quickly, and packaged the item well. Excellent service.
