  The item (s) is great - better than described and the shipping was really fast. But that is not the story. There was a concern with the item and the shipping. The seller jumped in (frankly, before I noticed) and went WAY beyond expectations to resolve this. As a long time eBay customer, this is one of THE BEST examples of customer service that I have ever experienced - on eBay or ANY platform. Thank you!
