  Item was received promptly. However, the item ordered was mistakenly listed as the CD version. The Blu-ray version was received. Contacted the seller to arrange a return and replacement with the CD version. Response from the seller was quick and helpful. They offered a discounted price if I wanted to keep the item or return for a full refund. I have purchased from the seller before through eBay and another platform and will continue to.

  The CD “SECRET GARDEN - YOU RAISE ME UP” is absolutely new, sealed, as stated in the ad. The disc itself is of very good quality, was placed in bubble packaging and was not damaged during transportation and delivery. The seller is honest and respectable, always responds to messages from the buyer. I am very pleased with the purchase. Thank you very much!

  Received my item as described and in good condition so I am happy. But be warned, this is the slowest shipping seller I have ever experienced. Took 2 weeks to ship and then 2 more weeks to arrive via the slowest shipping I have ever seen. I ordered CDs from Argentina the same day as this and received them in 5 days... making this experience extra jarring. So don't expect to get your items for a while! Otherwise a good seller with quality items and good prices.
