  Arrived on time as specified, but one glass broken inside packaging. Seller responded immediately to message advising issue, and replaced glass without any hassle, which itself arrived on time as specified. Glasses were appropriately packed, and I am happy to believe the breakage was due to post office. A positive experience.

  So happy with my purchase of the Camden Town Brewery Pint glasses! The seller was so prompt when I had a question and was very helpful. The quality and condition of the glasses were perfect! They were just as described and brand new, just beautiful glasses. Meant a lot, since we had broken one of ours that we had purchased from a trip, so it was so nice to replace it for my husband. The packaging was very secure and wrapped up well. Shipping was extremely fast! Will definitely shop here again.

  The glasses were exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, only one of the two arrived intact. I don't blame the seller; they were very thorough in packaging. Upon arrival, the box looked like it had been run over with a truck on one side. Very disappointing, but I blame the delivery service(s) in their poor customer service.
