  My item was bubble wrapped so much I could have thrown it off the roof. Aside from odd, yet safe, packaging; I found a small rust spot I had not previously noticed on the item. The rust was visible on the listing, so that's my bad; however, I was prepared to repaint the item later so NBD. Happy to have my item as listed and it arrived super fast. Would order other products from same seller.

  OK! I have waited a long time to upload this feedback. First, I live in Costa Rica, in Central America, 2534.8 miles away from Tyler Texas. The folks from mototech answered all of my questions, they were many, and helped me in everything I needed. The packaging was very carefully done, it was coming down to CR via ocean, it was mounted on its own pallet, wrapped in quality plastic, and fixed to the pallet. My bike was brought back to life today, Nov 18, 2024. TAHNK YOU! Trust this seller.
