  Seller dispatched the product promptly; goods were received in great order i.e., well packed to ensure there was no spillage or damage. I use this product twice a day and I was concerned buying it online from a seller I hadn't bought from before but for the price I took a 'risk' and I'm glad I did. Knowing the product well I know what it feels, smells, and looks like and this was genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to come back when I need to restock.

  I ordered some expensive cream (Dermaceutic K Ceutic post treatment cream) and paid AU $223.25. The seller said the item was delivered, but it was not. I had not left my home and it was not delivered. No photo was taken, and they have not replaced the item. I will never shop with them again and will be making a formal complaint.

  Arrived in terrible condition which was disappointing given the price paid and the fact it was a gift. I got the item straight from delivery driver and the temperature of the item was boiling which isn’t good for skincare and makeup! Contacted seller and they didn’t care or understand. Just said days afterwards that it had been delivered. Didn’t even acknowledge my message or concerns.
