  Item description shipping date not as promised. Seller delayed shipping to later date, and then delayed that by another day. Seller did send message asking if it was alright to delay, but did not care about our response of not being happy with surprise delay.

  Item came as described. A little dirty but nothing that wasn’t shown in the pictures. Shipping was acceptable and it was packaged SUPER well to avoid any damage. Works for my Dyson Outsize and a better value than buying the original part. It works, I like it, would buy from this seller again!

  Perfect transaction -- item was as described, seller shared the expiration date which was great, ordering easy and moreover, package arrived quickly. PERFECT TRANSACTION!! I am not a fan of paying for shipping but taking into account the cost of the product and the shipping charge, the bottom line price was less than I was able to find elsewhere.
