  Arrived very quickly, very well packaged and as described. Why this seller gets negative feedback is beyond me. The item produced is first class, their communication is very good, informing me of when it's been posted. And if you've bid on an auction items, then you get it at an excellent value. I'm sure that this seller wouldn't post out damaged goods and he's not responsible for the way it's treated after it's left them. I will definitely be looking on their site again, recommended seller.

  A very easy seller to deal with. Excellent communication and very good when asked to combine postage with a very fast postage refund.   Incredible service item was paid for on Friday at 3pm, the seller had it in the post in a little over an hour tracked 24 even though I'd only paid for tracked 48. I received the item at 10am Saturday, I've never had any item ordered from anywhere arrive as quickly as this 19 hrs from payment to delivery. The item was well wrapped and arrived as described brand new and in perfect condition. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Perfect transaction. Thank you AAA+++

  I hadn’t heard of modelux before and took a risk buying a load of kits for both n scale and HO. I’m impressed. The design and detail is excellent and the branding and packaging design is very well thought out and presented. Items are as described although I haven’t made up a kit as of yet but enthusiastic to find the time to construct one. Well worth the money and arrived appropriately packed. Seller was helpful. This are a fabulous addition to any layout. Instructions included but not yet used.

  Arrived today. The post office folded it in half to get it through the letter box. Could have done with a stronger outer packaging. Posted quickly and a good price. Not assembled yet so can’t comment on the model yet.
