  Model as described, like new. Well packed and shipped very quickly, which could account for the high shipping cost. Happy customer, I have bought from this vendor before, and will again. I prefer these Atlas O models ("shells") without the trucks and couplers, since I can add my preferred choices without the wasted expense of Atlas's trucks and couplers that I don't want. So, great value, great quality.
