  The model arrived extremely well packaged, unfortunately it was damaged in transit which can happen. Despite the model arriving slightly damaged I accepted a very fair partial refund from the seller. The communication was excellent and I have no hesitation buying from this seller again.

  Easy transaction, reasonable delivery time. Item came safely wrapped but was unfortunately a factory second (faulty paint job) out of the box. Part refund was offered, which I proposed to use as a discount for my next purcase. Seller willingly accepted and was very responsive with short reply times, A+ communication.   Good service and price but item advertised as new and unopened but it arrived with a slightly damaged box and paint mark over one rear window which was not apparent in the photos.
