    I award a guarded positive. The seller supplied the wrong item as per the order ie an iPad 10 case cover was supplied instead of a cover for an iPad 6 as ordered. After contacting the seller he then supplied a return label but the Post Office refused to accept it saying that the label had already been used and a barcode was missing. I then paid myself for the return. The seller then refunded the price of the cover and apologized for the errors.

    The first case was never delivered and the tracking information never showed that it had left the seller. However, after waiting quite a few days the seller kindly replaced the item and it arrived within 2 days. This was before Christmas so at a busy time for Royal Mail but it has never turned up and the tracking App ever showed the item in transit at all. Very pleased with the sellers communications.
