  Fast shipping and good packing. Received wrong item and ultimately had to return the item back for a full refund which is unfortunate but it happens. Even so it was really easy to communicate throughout the process and they worked with me to try and find a favorable solution. Hopefully something else catches my eye so I can properly experience their shop.
