  Poor communication. I bought a product on August 26 and I need it before September 12. I bought from this seller cause they offered fast shipping..... now after 10 days after payment, they just told me it takes 40 days in average to deliver...... and they told me that after I've been messaging them for the past 3 days asking for a track number and asking when it was going to be shipped..... terrible communication, terrible ETA, terrible missing information about handling time

  reached out after 2 weeks to ask about tracking because the item had been marked as shipped for days now and the seller told me the item was no longer in stock. very disappointed that they waited two weeks for me to ask instead of telling me immediately or even just a couple days. it was a gift and unfortunately i was left in a time crunch. would not buy from again.
