  Ok, so the hair pin itself is beautiful. The item was slightly different from the image and discription. The seller did contact me (to let me know that the colour was different and sent a picture too), to see if I wanted to continue with the purchase. I had no problems with the slight difference. The item was dispatched the following day and arrived safely a few days after. The hair pin is of high quality and stunning. Packaging could of been better, that really is the only negative. I'm happy.

  Seller sent wrong sized item. Refused refund unless sent back to China even though it wasn’t my fault! Definitely not worth the money in my opinion prob worth £20 max! EBay won’t help as I pressed the wrong button. Will never use eBay again let alone this seller.

  I ordered a larger size than I would normally have done with UK or EU makers, but these shoes were actually sized accurately, so I am returning them and have already ordered the next size down. Seller communicated promptly and politely, a good eBayer.
