  Great seller, possibly the best value bed and mattress ever. The orthopaedic mattress is perfect and very comfy with just the right level of firmness. The bed and headboard is great, with class and quality. Superb communication from the seller and courier at all stages. The bed arrived in 4 days from ordering, at the time-slot specified, with a telephone number to the courier provided. Great follow/up customer service too. Really nice people to so business with. Don’t go anywhere else👍

  Was very disappointed with delivery, had to pay 40 pounds extra for delivery, was given a time slot, delivery didn't turn up, got in touch with the company to be told the driver would be with me in a couple of hours, still no delivery, eventually turned up nearly 4 hours later, but when the bed came I was very pleased with the product, it was exactly what I ordered, and very good quality, just a shame on the delivery

  Very quickly, well wrapped and fab comms from the seller, however. I bought the item based on the main picture as I didn't know what it was called but the seller told me the main picture is not of the item for sale, it's a generic picture of another adapter, the item for sale is picture 4. They advised the listing title is correct and to contact Ebay regards a refund.
