  I ordered the part for the wrong car, they were quick on getting the product ready to be shipped but they reversed it and issued my refund with in 2 hours of getting it ready to ship. I received the email saying they gave me a refund 10 minutes after the acknowledge my cancellation email. Appreciate the swift customer service.

  the item received was not the same as shown in the ad and was of lesser quality. It was missing a component that was the main reason I purchase from them rather than other cheaper options. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. After several attempts they only kept asking for more information but offered no resolution. They have stopped responded to my communications.

  Wrong size, wrong colour sent, contacted seller and was offered $1.50 to fix the issue. Unusable product that and a waste of money, will not be using again.

  I waited more than a month to get the item. I tried to reach the seller to see why the item was not delivered yet, and then the seller just refunded the money and called the order. This is not acceptable. You can not make the buyer waiting more than a month, and then do this. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this seller.
