    Item failed to arrive despite quick despatch so opened excellent line of communication with this seller. Refund offered without question and now weeks later the item turns up. Had the item been tracked the problem could have been resolved a lot earlier. Cannot fault the seller in the process of this transaction, exemplifies all that's required of an on-line seller, good honest customer service and subsequent satisfaction.
