  The luggage set arrived just as described on the website, and the price tags were still attached. The items were securely packaged, and there were no damage to the shipping container. The items were reasonably price, and Mike responded promptly to questions I had about other matching pieces to the set.

  The luggage set was exactly as described - new with tags. It came complete with the extra engraving tags, so the Tumi store near me was able to add my initials and give me a backup set (see photo). I didn't want to pay so much for shipping, but that's the courier's fault not the shipper. The box came on time before my next business trip and cruise. The seller included a card, which I appreciate. It was nice doing small business for my luxury big brand item, which I could finally afford!

  The Tumi suitcase was delivered in perfect brand-new condition, as described, and the authenticity, appearance, and quality of the item was accurate, including a valid Tumi tracer (confirming that it's not a knock-off). The suitcase was packaged well and still had its tags on, and the vendor even included a nice "Thank you" card letting me know that I was supporting a veteran. I would recommend purchasing from this vendor. Thank you.

  Very fast shipping! Packaged nicely and a sweet thank you card was included. The item is as described and is a terrific suitcase that is going to make our trip so much easier. Was super grateful to find it here as the manufacture is sold out of these! Overall price and shipping was very reasonable, especially compared to others who are gouging based on the limited supply. I’d absolutely buy from this seller again and am very happy to do business with a veteran!

  Best seller ever!! I got this bag for my son’s graduation from UCLA law school and it came with a Shinola shopping bag, tissue paper so it was definitely giftable. The seller is a veteran so I love to support Vets and small business. I am a seller on eBay too so I ALWAYS shop eBay first when I need anything at all!! I save so much money and this bag I was able to get for almost half price! Thank you for being a fantastic seller!
