I explained the situation, as it was completely my fault, however, TS immediately got back to me (good communication) and said they completely understood. Sent me what I wanted in it's place, and we had a seamless return and replace transaction. Which is very rare. The seller went above and beyond. Item is good quality and at a great price. Everything was excellent except that I ordered the wrong keyboard, 8 pin connector vs. 6 pin connector, my bad. Great communication with seller and was refunded my money quickly.
