  I originally ordered the item but I never received it by the time I was supposed to so I assumed the seller wouldn't ship it out. I opened a request & the seller reached out to me & asked me if I still wanted the item or a refund to which I said I still wanted. My order got shipped out & it was delivered within a couple of days. The seller's communicated pretty well & offered a refund for the shipping cost due to the delay. Overall a good experience.
